Directed Agentic Delivery

The approach we use when we implement applications and systems for your organisation. Three modes matched to your capability. Architecture-first, spec-driven throughout.

What it is

A delivery model, not a tool.

Directed Agentic Delivery is the approach Consid Copenhagen uses to implement applications and systems. It is not a platform — it is a delivery model: how work is structured, how agents are directed, and where humans stay in control.

Three delivery modes match to where your organisation is on the capability curve. We assess your current capability before recommending a mode. The mode mismatch is one of the most common causes of failed AI delivery programmes.

The three modes

Matched to your capability.

M1 · Assisted
The team leads. Agents accelerate specific, well-defined tasks. Architecture decisions stay with the engineers. Specifications exist but are authored manually. This is the entry point for most organisations.
M2 · Augmented
Agents drive output. Specifications govern what they produce. Humans review at quality gates — not line by line, but at the decisions that matter. Delivery velocity increases significantly without a loss of quality or traceability.
M3 · Autonomous
Agents execute within fully codified architecture and playbooks. Humans set direction at the boundaries. This requires a mature architecture practice, a living specification layer, and disciplined governance.
How we work

Architecture first. Specifications as control.

Delivery runs architecture-first: we define the target state before agents write a line. Specifications are the control mechanism. Quality gates are explicit, not implicit.

We work alongside the team throughout. At the end of the engagement, the way of working is yours — not a dependency on us.

What you get

Working software and the model to sustain it.

  1. Capability assessment and mode recommendation

A clear call on M1, M2, or M3 before work begins — with the evidence behind it.

  2. Architecture and specification artefacts

First-class deliverables. The decisions, the structure, the constraints — documented and owned by you.

  3. Working software

Delivered in the agreed mode, against agreed done criteria.

  4. Transfer of the delivery model

The way of working transfers to your team. Not a dependency on Consid — a capability you build.

Who it is for

Teams ready to build with architectural control.

Organisations building software products or platforms, with an engineering team already in place, who want to move faster without losing quality or architectural control.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is Directed Agentic Delivery?
Directed Agentic Delivery is a delivery model — not a tool — that structures how AI agents and engineers build software together. Work is architecture-first and specification-driven, with humans in control at the decisions that matter.
How do the M1, M2 and M3 modes differ?
M1 (Assisted) keeps engineers in the lead with agents accelerating defined tasks. M2 (Augmented) lets agents drive output against specifications, with humans reviewing at quality gates. M3 (Autonomous) runs agents inside codified architecture and playbooks with humans setting direction at the boundaries.
Which mode is right for my team?
We assess your current capability before recommending a mode. Mode mismatch is one of the most common causes of failed AI delivery programmes, so most organisations start at M1 or M2 and progress incrementally.
